I spent some time in the printing business - some of that time working in the bindery. One of my jobs was to assemble Minute Books for Park Stationers and Printers in Vancouver. I liked that job and, even today, when I walk into a stationery store or print shop I love the smell of paper and ink. The article about Black’s Patent Folding Machine struck my fancy and brought back some of those memories.
